The LTE Conference will take place at the University of California, Los Angeles in Covel Commons. There will be Wi-Fi access provided within the building.

UCLA Parking

We have reserved parking spaces in Parking Structure 7 for $12 under the name “LTE Conference.” (http://maps.ucla.edu/campus/?locid=61897).

For Thursday and Friday:

You must first purchase the parking permit in the underground kiosk in Parking Structure 4 at the entrance of Sunset Blvd and Westwood Plaza (http://maps.ucla.edu/campus/?locid=83931).  Parking Structure 7 is about a block west from the kiosk on Charles E. Young Dr. N.

For Saturday:

1. You must purchase the parking permit at the kiosk near Parking Structure 9 on the southern entrance of Westwood Plaza (http://maps.ucla.edu/campus/?locid=53482).
2. Directions to get to Parking Structure 7:
   1. Turn left on Strathmore Pl. (the street immediately after the kiosk).
   2. Turn right on Charles E. Young Dr. W.
   3. Follow the street around the track and field, until you reach the entrance to Parking Structure 7, will be on your right.

Hotels

Hotel Rooms are on hold at the Hotel Angelenol for conference participants. A Shuttle will be provided from these hotels to the conference site.

Hotel Angeleno

Rates at the Hotel Angeleno are $175.00 for conference attendees.

To make a reservation, visit the reservations page or call the Hotel Angeleno Reservations department directly at (310) 476-6411. Please reference the "UCLA Center for World Languages Institute" room block in order to receive the special discounted rate. Group cutoff date is January 6, 2017. The hotel will offer the reduced rate from February 2-6 to give you more flexibility in planning your itineraries.

Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel

Rates at the Luxe Hotel are $219-269 for conference attendees.

To make a reservation, visit the reservations page or call the Luxe Hotel Reservations department directly at (310) 476-6571 and use code '1702LTECONF.' Group cutoff date is January 3, 2017.

Ground Transportation

Shuttles

The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) offers bus service from the airport to Westwood for $10.00 one-way. Only credit cards are accepted as payment. Buses depart hourly from ALL terminals to Westwood near Parking Lot 32 on Kinross Ave between Gayley Ave and Veteran Ave. Visit the Flyaway website for more information.

Public Transport

BruinBus UCLA operates shuttles in and around campus during weekdays.

LA Metro Bus and rail service throughout the city of Los Angeles. Routes servicing the UCLA area are the 2, 302, 305, 20, 720, and 761.

Santa Monica Blue Bus and Culver CityBus also operate in and around the UCLA campus.
