Bunche Hall, Rm 10383
CAPlease join us for a fun kimchi tasting on April 11th from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM at Bunche Hall 10383 (10th floor). This free event will feature six different kimchi samples from producers. These tastings will be followed by a brief conversation related to food, identity, taste, and memory. This event is part of a broader research project that examines the forces that have shaped the international movement of Korean food as well as the ongoing process of industrialization in relation to cultural products.
