Suching Chang received her Ph.D. from the Department of Chinese Literature at National Taiwan University and is currently a professor in the same department. Her research focuses on Chun Qiu (春秋), Zuozhuan (左傳), Shih Chi (史記), and the Chinese classics (經學). In this lecture, she will share her work on Zuozhuan and outline her observations and experiences during short-term study in China and Japan.
